It would be cool to see Brainiac 5 even if he was just there at the beginning and end of the episode to sandwich the story. Have James Marsters appear with bleach blond hair and... oh wait, he's done that look. Cool

Actually it would be cool to see James Marsters as Brainiac 5.

I'd also love to see Nathan Fillion from Firefly guest star as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern. Very Happy Fillion was da bomb in Serenity!

ITA. I love James Marsters. I always enjoy looking at James Marsters... but the guy can't play Brainiac 5. He's hot but he's quite clearly not a teenager.

I just checked IMDB. Marsters was born Aug 20, 1962. I didn't realize he was 46. Pardon my faux pas. You're right... Even if the Legion members were going to be cast in their 20s he wouldn't make the cut. He'd need to be a voiceover like Terence Stamp as Jor-El.[/quote]
