With the recent decline in spoilers and news surrounding 'Smallville', it's come to our attention that 3 months of podcasting with no new episodes might not get the recognition it deserves. Plus with the new Superman film not shooting until March 2008, there isn't a huge amount of buzz right now.

So our question is, would you rather SHoE come out every other week this summer and then return to it's weekly status in the fall when Smallville returns on the CW, or would you like to continue hearing an episode each Friday as we've always done?

And moreover, what do you want to hear discussed this summer in Smallville's absence?

I hated it when Two Geeks a Mic and Podcast went bi (not sexual). How do we pass the summer days without weekly fun?

Unless the guys want a break, then that's completely understandable. You can make Will do all the work.

If you guys want to cut it back, just to take a break, that's cool. But there's always something to talk about or do.

You do know bimonthly means once every two months? So I definitely say no to that. Every 2 or 3 weeks during the summer sounds reaasonable to me.

maybe you guys could talk about some of the comics during the summer....

This is my first posting here. I've been listening to your podcast since last spring. LOVE IT! You don't know how many bad Mondays you guys got me through with your great humor, obscure references, and love of Superman/Smallville. I would really like it if you did the podcast more than 2 times a month. At least 3 times.

As for ideas, you could do talk about some of the Superman graphic novels (examples: Birthright, Red Son, Kingdom Come), and maybe how they relate to Smallville. You could do an all Superman movies review podcast. You could talk about why each of you likes Superman. What about the character do you like. Those are just some ideas. I'll post more if anything else comes to mind.

You should do something like the Oprah book club this summer.
Pick a comic book for us to read then you can discuss it on the podcast.

Here's an idea for the show, guys. Maybe do a review of each of your favorite episodes of the series and devote some episodes to that. You could ask for our feedback so we could be involved in those kind of episodes as well.

You could also go back and do earlier seasons perhaps...

I would love to hear some updates on what former/current smallville actors are up to now....

That could be good. Maybe the seasons as whole, breaking down episode by episode could take way too long.
Maybe give your impressions of character progressions from day 1 until now.

This could be good actually. I would like to hear this.

I like the reviewing of past seasons. Maybe highlight the great ones or intriguing ones from the past, walk through it, crack jokes, make fun of Lana getting abused every other episode, etc. etc.

Or at least when Lex trains Lana, she suddenly becomes a super kickboxer while Lex is still getting beat up. Ya know.
