Being a huge fan of Superman: The Animated Series and the Justice League and JLU animated series, I think its time for a new Superman animated series. With the success of The Batman, I think its time. Now I know we have Legion of Super Heroes, but honestly, it’s just not the same. A fresh, new take on Supes would be so cool. I can only watch my Superman and JLU animated DVD’s so many times!!

I argee, would be cool to see a new series of superman cuz i miss animated series of superman.

They definitely need a new animated show and NOT in the animation style WB Kids has been using. Something more realistically animated.

I thought they might spin off a Superman series when he appeared in THE BATMAN this past fall, but alas! Maybe Derek can get something going, but one request Derek: No Anime!!! LOL Very Happy

Well now that “The Batman” cartoon series had it’s series finale this past week, I read that there is going to be yet another animated Batman series on Kids WB. It’s going to be a team up series. Meaning, every week Batman will be teaming up w/a hero from the DC Universe. I read its going to be titled “The Brave and The Bold.” My question is, why end The Batman, only to have another animated Batman series take its place? I enjoyed the Justice League episodes in The Batman, and I also thought when I heard The Batman was ending, that a Superman spin off was inevitable. But I guess I was wrong.

I don't know why they are canceling all the cartoons these days. The Batman was doing really well and since they had introduced the JLA more people were watching. But they axe it. They just announced the end of the Legion of Superheroes as well.
I am of the same boat. Why cancel one and bring on another. Do them both.
I am looking forward to Brave and the Bold though. It should put out at least a season or two of good stuff before they cancel that as well.
