What i think could be the ultimate Cartoon Hero Team Battle of ALL TIME.

In the green corner, we have the heroes in a half shell. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=hyS9U7jG_6s

In the Orange corner, we have the Thunder.....Thunder...THUNDERCATS!!! OHHHHHH http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=2Qd_IsxgAf8

(Please note: in order to make up the numbers: The turtles are also comprised of Splinter and Casey Jones)

If Master Splinter is a part of the group, then its the turtles all the way.

It doesn't hurt that they are named after famous artists instead of just a pun on what animal they are.

I'm going to go with the turtles and their ninja training over the cats... They wouldn't even see them coming...

Turtle's all the way! However, I think we should specify which 'Turtle's' we are talking about: Comic book version or kiddie-cartoon version.

If its the comic book version then then I definitely choose them over Thundercats any day. However, the watered-down cartoon version of the 'Turtle's' would get beaten quite easily by the 'Cats.

My proclivities for the eighties makes me choose Thundercats.

I've got a bias for the turtles. I love them so much.

But see, the problem with Splinter in this battle,

Splinter is a rat.......the thundercats are well CATS!!! could be interesting.

I love the heroes in a half-shell. But ThunderCats would win.
Just look at who they fight against:

The Ancient Spirits Of Evil? or the leader of a ninja clan?
Mum-Ra the Everliving? or a guy who can talk to sewer rats (Ratking)?

Leader/Swordsman: Lion-O > Leonardo
Tech guy: Panthro > Donatello
Nunchuks: Panthro > Michealangelo
Bo Staff: Cheetara > Donatello (speed wins)
Tigra would go invisible and just anger Raph and throw him off.

The best fight would be between Splinter and Jaga.

OOOOH..it's at fifty/fifty right now...which generation will win out. I honestly don't think the turtles stand a chance.

Please. The 'Cats are wusses if you compare them to the Comic Book version of the Turtles.
