I've recently started reading comics seriously and I heard Steve in one podcast (I think it was Geek Out Loud), talking about the "superhero registration act". This really interested me and I know it's an Iron Man comic book series that deals with that topic. I just can't seem to find the titles of the books that involve it. If anyone knows what the titles are it would be much appreciated.

"Civil War" deals with those pro and anti registration and talk about life changing.

Everything after has been great (with the exception of the cop out of what they did with Spider-Man...)

A dude? Yes, Iron Man is a man. very good. Laughing ha! just kidding.

Yeah, I read up on his motives and whatnot, he really believed he was doing the right thing (he wasn't...but he thought he was). I feel sorry for Spider-Man.

The thing I really like about Civil War, was that it was very realistic. I mean, to say that the government would force superpowered beings to register makes a lot of sense in a post 9/11 world. I don't agree with it, but I understand it.

Iron Man come across as a d___ in Civil War, but if you know the character of Tony, you know that he is a futurist and need something like the SHRA and the Intivative to help in a future crisis (ie Secret Invasion).

You should also know that everytime someone brings up Cap to Tony, he feels DIRECTLY responisble for what happened to Cap-just something to take into consideration before people hate on Iron Man/Tony Stark.

I also liked the discussion that the girls had about this topic on "Three Chicks and a Mic" podcast. If you haven't already subscribed to the podcast make sure to go check it out.

Also, with X-Men and most of those titles you had the Mutant Registration Act.
