Big H - congrats on featuring on 2 podcasts now. I enjoy listening to both and your inclusion is very welcome on SHoE. Just wanted to say thanks for the 'sexquake' shout out and even the Kevin Bacon insider joke. Hilarious!

Really enjoyed your take on the Chloe/Lana scene. Considering I had engaged into a fierce debate over on the Kryptonsite forums over whether or not Chloe's talk was being a 'good friend', it felt good to have someone else say what I thought. I guess Clana fans just think everything Chloe does is based on romantic love for Clark, I argue that she does in part but ulimately it is about being a true and loyal friend.

It's been said be the creators and Allison again and again. While Chloe will always have feelings for Clark, she's dealt with them. Now, it's all about true friendship. Chloe understands, I think more than anyone else except Jonathan and Martha, Clark's destiny is huge, so she will do everything in her power to protect him.

Hey Steve! I'm pretty new to the forums here, though not new to SV fandom.

just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed your input on the casts! I definitely agree on the chloe topic, and am really glad that DC is listening and making her a part of the mythos because of it. Kudos to Allyson and the crew for making her what she is!

I agree with you Gobby. I'm interested to see two things when it comes to Chloe:

1. What will happen to her character at the end of the show...for the longest time I assumed she would die eventually as a way of pushing Clark with some finality towards his destiny...and

2. Exactly how DC will incorporate her character or if they will at all. The truth is that they own the rights to the character and though they've said that they want to bring her in, they have never really announced any plans as to when or where.

I think everyone assumes Chloe will die at some point as she is one of the few characters that hasn't got a predestined future. My pet peeve is the Clana rabid fans that await this death with bated breath. I am a huge Chloe fan and actually wouldn't mind if her death would have a greater meaning and be addressed with sensitivity and some time. Having seen how Jonathon's death was treated I personally don't see that happening.



I keep going to the DC site to get updates but there is nothing ever there. I would love to see whatever they do. I guess it is determined by the power she possesses. What other ways can this power be used and how closely is it linked to regeneration? I guess this links to number 1 as can Chloe die?

I think that DC hasn't really said anything because they just have the rights in case they definitely decide to bring her in. I think they look at it as more of an option than anything, or maybe they're just waiting to see what happens to her on the show.

Chloe uses he ability too extensively on Clark to heal him and she dies.... That's the way it has to happen!!!....

As far as DC bringing her in.... They could still use her experiences in High School or pre-superhero mythology....

Does she really have to die? Can't we sacrifice Pete?

They completly missed the boat on a perfect time to bring her in, 52 would have been an amazing time for her to come in and gather all of attention.
