I would easily put this in the "April Fools" category. At least I certainly hope so.

Especially since the Seigel's may have won the case, but it would be WAY to early for things to already be moving into committing money to other venues.

I'd have to say this is an April Fools joke...

I know! Theres even a bogus PR spoiler out for today...nothing is safe, lol.

btw...this thread at least did one thing...inspired me to write a PR one-shot where one of the characters plays this EXACT April Fools prank on one of the other characters who worships comic books.

I even dedicated it to Superman and Smallville fans, lol.
