I belive Derek mentioned how many hours are in a Kryptonion day, in one of his pod casts. Could someone remind me how many hours that is please?

That would be 28 hours a day.

We get this from a scene that was deleted in the theatrical release of Superman the Movie. It was reinserted for the DVD release in 2001. Jor El tells Superman that he must keep his secret identity. One of the reasons for this is his "help would be called for 28 hours a day...or 24 as it is measured on Earth."

Ah yes I remember that now. For a second I couldn't remember what it was.
