As I mentioned elsewhere, considering that review came from the same people who brought us Frankenfish and Sasquatch Mountain, I wouldn't be too upset about their twisted taste in what a quality show is. |

They just did the same thing at my Wal-Mart with the blu-ray section as well and it made me just as happy. |

I have been trying to guess who the new JLA members could be but the only ones I have seem impossible. I know Martian Manhunter and Black Canary are probably the other two. Tell me Derek which hero out of these do u think could be brought to Smallville.
Zatanna
Plastic Man
A Green Lantern ( I think its possible) They already have Martian Manhunter and are bringing Doomsday.
A young Princess Diana
Beast Boy ( They already have Cyborg and Beast Boy is just as old as him)
Starfire or Raven
Tell me what you think |

Hey Derek,
Just a quick question, do you think that Michael Rosenbaum will appear in Season 8 at all? Considering the cliff hanger ending in Arctic, it looks like he will but then again it says his contract has ended? Tell me what you think.
By the way i just started listening to SHoE about a month ago and i love it! I download everything from episode 38 and have been listening to it every night to catch up, I also introduced my Smallville loving friends to you after i saw you on the Season 6 DVD so you have a fan base in Australia now, so keep up the good work and BRING BACK WILL!!!! |

Come on that's Back to the Future.
Now for the reason why I came on here today. When I was first turned to the SHoE podcast through a friend of mine, I really liked it and enjoyed it. But then it seemed like every podcast for the past 2 months have been more of comic relief, making jokes and hearing the panel laughing more than actual content of what the podcast is supposed to be. Now i'm sure i'm in the minority when I say this, but I have been very disappointed w/the podcast. The numerous emails I have sent to the crew in the past about various things all have gone unanswered. I asked on the forum about the tshirts when they would ship after I paid, and got no response. After a couple of weeks of my question being ignored and paying my money and not getting a courtesy of a response of stating when they would ship, I prompted paypal to refund my money. I have to say, if this is how SHoE treats one of what used to be a faithful fan, then they lost a great fan here. At least w/Geek Out Loud, Steve treats his listeners w/respect and actually acknowledges them. Not to mention they are actually entertaining and informitive. Keep up the good work Steve. Perhaps SHoE should take some pointers on how to put out a good quality podcast. |

Wow. I understand that you're upset, but i'm sorry, Derek deserves much more respect than that. That's all I have to say. |

The crazy tangents, jokes are what the show is to me, but I think that the past few episodes are.... more.... strait forward, to the point, and...... well..... I'm not afraid to say that Zany, and Combat are my favorite SHoE episodes, and Steve summed it up in a Skynext by saying that the way is to make someone who's listening feel like there also in on conversation as well and I like that if you don't like don't listen.
P.S. go over to 10th wonder if you don't want to have fun lol (just kidding) |

Dude... chill out. For one, during the summer things tend to slow down due to the fact there are no new episodes and news coming out of the show offices is very little. They could just not have any new episodes during the summer breaks but they do them anyway giving us some fun episodes to enjoy. Second... the shirts are being handled by an outside company. Derek has no control when they ship out and if you bothered to read the site when you bought yours it told you that it could take up to five weeks depending on demand. I would say that the demand for a newly released shirt would be a little high so you just have to be a little patient.
As for Derek not answering every little question that heads his way... oh well. The podcast has thousands of listeners and he gets a lot of emails and messages from them every day. Add to the fact that he went on vacation, has a real job, is working on various podcast projects, and is just plain living his life... just deal with it. |

B.R.A.I.N.I.A.C. I don't think you are a true listener of Shoe because Derek said in many of his podcasts that Shoe wasn't doing the shirts this year. He said another company was and they were handling everything. You should go back and listen to the podcasts. |
