As with every forum out there, the House of El Forums have a few guidelines for members to follow: Users who ignore the rules will get a warning. Users who repeatedly ignore them will be banned.

Forum Rules:

1) Play Nice - No insulting/harsh language. No threats or threatening language. If you feel someone is harassing you please report this activity to a Moderator/Admin - Our moderators will decide what is acceptable/unacceptable behavior and will deal with these situations individually on a case-by-case basis.

2) No Spam! - Spam posts will be immediately deleted and their author will be warned only once. Repeated spam activity will result in a ban. Along these lines: Do not solicit our users. Any users caught soliciting via Private Messages will be banned without notice. THIS INCLUDES PROMOTING YOUR OWN WEBSITES, PRODUCTIONS, SOLICITATIONS WITHOUT PERMISSION OF DEREK OR STEVE. This includes all variations of SHoE: the forums, the website comments, and especially the chat. If there is something you would like to promote to a single person, please use the Private Message feature or simply email the person. Our websites are not your medium for promotion.

3) PG-13 - Some profanity is allowed, but not encouraged. Basically: if it isn't allowed on television, it isn't allowed here. Users caught posting explicit sexual material and/or graphic material will be banned immediately without notice.

4) No Sock Puppets - Only one account is allowed per user. Moderators are able to determine if a user has registered more than one account and will ban one account or both at their discretion.



Spoiler Policy:

We have a designated forum for spoilers, but if you must post something that can be construed as a spoiler in any of the other forums, please change the text color to OLIVE so that users must highlight the text to see it.
