I wasn't a huge fan of Casino Royal, because it didn't feel Bond enough and that hilarious scene of him getting hit in the ba** was too weird!
But I will give this one a chance because it looks more BA!!!!!!

Actually, Casino Royale is the first Bond film to start getting Bond right. Just read the original book and you'll see. Bond was a cold and calculating person in the Ian Fleming novels. I do respect a lot of the Bond movies that came before Casino, but they are mostly very cheesy in comparison. Bond wasn't king of the one liners and bimbos, he was a secret agent thrown into dangerous situations he had to struggle to get out of.
Quantum of Solace looks like it's going to be awesome, by the way. |

It just wasn't the Bond I knew growing up, and he had no gadgets, also the women weren't as hot. |

Has any one else heard that Daniel Craig got his finger severed during the filming of this movie, or was that just a rumor I heard? |

He seriously got his finger cut off, then he should no longer be Bond-because he is not Bond to me, but seriously poor guy. |

It was the tip of a finger and it was put back on. I think he's the best Bond we have been given so far since Connery. He portrays the characters from the books very well and the feel of the movies give it a true Bond feel. And I'm talking about the original source material, not the cheesy flicks that have been churned out over the past few decades... |

Agreed, I'm glad it wasn't the whole finger! |

I think the only thing Roger Moore and Daniel Craig have in common is their hair. Daniel Craig's bond is truly the best yet. He even rivals Connery's. I have no doubt that they'll use him until he looks wicked old. |
